The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

You notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used cosmetic items.

Items purchased during sales, promotions, or discount offers (unless defective).

Personal care or hygiene products.

Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once verified, we will guide you on the return process.

 

Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer upon receiving your account details.
